I have always been a huge fan of getting the fundamentals in whatever you choose to do under your belt. Every great building stands upon a solid foundation. Although it may seem repetitive it is extremely necessary.
Today`s guest is the consummate film industry Renaissance man. Not only is he an authority on visual effects cinematography but he also is also an actor and writer. His book, Filming the Fantastic: a guide to visual effects cinematography, is one of the best books I have ever read on the subject. It is one any filmmaker will benefit from reading.
