$299 tracking tool for After Effects
If you have done any tracking or rotoscoping work, you know how dreadful and tedious it can be. The gut wrenching question clients always seem to ask is ?Can this be tracked?? Well luckily for us, the digital gods have smiled down from the heavens. They gave us products like Imagineer Systems Motor (amazing roto station) and then Mocha, Motor?s big brother, that could do roto and tracking.
The bad news for some was that unless you had a chance to get one of those killer deals that was available for ony a short time, you had to shell out some nice cash to get in the game. If you never had a chance to check out Imagineer Systems products, they are all available as demos on its website www.imagineersystems.com . But what if you didn?t have the money? Were you forced to use obsolete methods to do your work?
The good news is Imagineer Systems has announced a new product called Mocha AE that uses the same planar tracking technology as their other products, but get this?its only $299! It works only with After Effects but its well worth the money.
